Reminding you of your own myth, magic and movement
I love a good paradox. In my work and my life I like to honour the silly as much as the sacred. They support each other as they bring contrast. And so, through my art and my events, I bring both the playful & the profound, aspiring to remind you of your wholeness, and your greatness. Let’s play! – Magnús
Video Production
Making videos is one of my passions. Here is my showreel and you can head over to video.shamagnus.com to see more of my work.
Poetry
My love for structure, simplicity, language and magic has resulted in some cute, existential poetry that I like to share. Especially around a bonfire, and occasionally here in the cyber world. I also made an online Poetry Oracle that I’m quite proud of. It can help if you need clarity about, well, anything. Tip: Give it good context for better guidance.
Events
I create journeys for groups, helping people to connect to themselves and each other. This can be in long and short formats, retreats and workshops, in a wide range of topics.
Dance
I’ve been making dance workshops and co-creating dancefloors for many years. It’s such a joy to get people moving, and free-flow-dance has given me so much. I’m in the process of making my first dance retreat! Stay tuned.
